Policies

Our Absolute Guarantee –  We guarantee that we will send your book to you at the address you provide. If the book does not arrive in a reasonable time to an address within the Continental US, we will resend the book again with no charge. We apologize, but we cannot send books in print or hats to international addresses. You may return or exchange your unused book or hat in new condition within 30 days for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Shipping Policy – Free shipping of the book-in-print (usually via USPS Media Mail) is offered to individuals within the continental United States, or Armed Forces military mail, when using the coupon code “USFREESHIPPING” at checkout. Faster USPS options are available; just pay postage at checkout. We apologize, but we are not able to sell to International Addresses at this time. International students are welcome to register for A Journey of Faith and use the free online Bible study resources.

Our Limits of Liability – The sessions do not have an expiration date, and once you have registered for A Journey of Faith, we plan for you to have continued access to the course for your personal use; however this is subject to OJM being able to provide on-going services in your area. We encourage you to download the available materials and access the e-sessions in a timely way to be certain to enjoy the Journey to its fullest.

CEU Policy – Continuing Education Units of credit are offered under the authority of OJM, Inc. While the training provides more than 10 hours of instruction and often meets or exceeds requirements, OJM is not accredited or recognized by any organization; however our teacher holds advanced accredited degrees from two seminaries. If completing this course for fulfillment of a professional requirement for continuing education credit, it is the responsibility of the student to check with their employer or governing body BEFORE enrolling in this course to see if they will accept this CEU for professional credit. OJM will not be responsible for CEU’s being rejected by professional organizations.
